On 3/16/2016 beginning at 4:00 pm EST, our data center vendor had a network outage that affected a small number of LobbyCentral customers in the East region. The outage lasted approximately one hour and 30 minutes. Service was restored at 5:30 pm EST.
Data Center engineers have identified the cause of the outage and are creating a plan to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
