Addition to Routing Rules

Enhance routing rules to include, if user #1 is not avail, assign request to user #2. If both users #1 and #2 are unavailable, assign request to the first available user.


Will only apply if Person #1 and/or Person #2 are not logged in to LobbyCentral, or if their status is marked as away, or at lunch. Does not apply if person #1 or #2 are servicing another customer.


Completed pending update release.
