New Cloud Feature: Kiosk Routing Rules

The August 2, 2015 update contains a new feature that automatically assigns a kiosk check-in to a user.

Kiosk Routing Rules has been added to the Administration section of LobbyCentral.

You can create one or more rules that route a check-in based on the customer's first name, last name, or selected service type.  

For example, an agency that assigns customers to workers based on the first letter of the last name may have the following rules established:

Condition 1:  A

Condition 2:  H

Assign to Mary

Condition 1:  I

Condition 2:  Z

Assign to John
