Beginning 7/23/15 at 8:00pm, we will be migrating customer databases to a new server.
The migration is expected to be completed by Sunday, July 26.
Databases will be moved during off-hours to minimize downtime. However, some data-loss may occur if LobbyCentral is in use when your database is moved. If your business uses LobbyCentral after 8:00pm EST, please notify email@example.com to request a custom migration window.
Important: if Kiosk or Qmonitor are not responding, please close the browser window and restart the application. This will be a result of your database changing locations.
