Unable to check-in appointments after viewing

An issue with the appointment check-in function in version 2.8.1 has been confirmed.

Reproducing the problem

  1. User clicks View to view the details of a pending appointment.
  2. User clicks OK to close the detail window.
  3. User then clicks Check-In
  4. User clicks OK to confirm the check-in but the confirmation window does not close and the appointment is not checked in.

This issue is scheduled to be fixed in an update on 10/6/14 at 6:30am EST.

Temporary Workaround

Pressing F5 will refresh the browser window and allow the user to confirm the check-in
