In order to reset the password for the 'admin' user account, you will need to log into the billing portal. Please follow these steps. Once you log in as the administrator, you will be able to reset the password for any user account.
1. Go to https://account.lobbycentral.com
2. Enter your billing email. This is the email that was used when you registered for a LobbyCentral cloud account.
3. Enter the your billing password
4. Under Actions, click Reset LobbyCentral Admin Password
5. Enter a new password
Once the password has been changed, please go to https://portal.lobbycentral.com and login with the username 'admin' and your new password. You will then be prompted to change your password and also set a security question/answer.
